Many months have passed since our once great leader, Azulenth, lost his son Vale, to a tragic "accident". At least, that is what our doctors are telling us. There are whispers.

Murder. Suicide.

Azulenth believes it was a murder, but he has no real proof or a suspect. Other members of the clan say it was suicide, and that it was his father's fault. They would never say that to his face however, so it is mostly rumors. Mostly.

More recently new dragons have come to power within the clan; Atome, backed by her strong and loyal mate, Saosin, challenged Azulenth for leadership recently. Of course the old, mad wildclaw was no longer a match for the very imperial he had been training since the male was a yearling. Bloody and beaten, the once proud and vicious wildclaw was forced to step down, and he retreated into the depths of the castles dungeons.

Our new leaders promise us glory and a name in the world.

They've instilled a new ranking among the clan, most of us are still getting used to it however, and confusion sometimes gets the better of us. In time we will settle, the shift in power was inevitable after all. We only hope that it will not destroy us.
